EBRHA Unlawful Detainer Appointments may require an Oakland Business License and registration with the Oakland Rent Registry. Please review these requirements prior to scheduling an Unlawful Detainer Appointment.
 Units that fall under Rent Control and the Just Cause Ordinance, should be registered with Oakland’s Rent Registry Program. |

Introductory Appointments are 30 to 60 minute consultations via ZOOM ONLY to discuss your issues and get you prepared for paperwork.
Paperwork Appointments are 1 hour meetings. The Paperwork Appointment will be scheduled at the end of your Introductory Appointment. This paperwork appointment may be IN PERSON to best guide you through filling out the appropriate paperwork for your case.
